Tresidio Homes wants to build one two-story townhome building with two units on a 0.15-acre lot on the east side of North McLeod Way, about 240 feet north of West Avimor Drive in the Avimor development. The building is about 27 feet tall, and each unit has its own garage. The Eagle Design Review Board voted to approve it with conditions.
