Mark T. Beckman is asking the City of Eagle to annex and rezone a 7.68-acre property at 3050 West Floating Feather Road and approve a preliminary plat for the Reining Horse Subdivision. The revised plan has four buildable single-family lots served by a roughly 908-foot private cul-de-sac, down from seven buildable lots in the original proposal. The City Council remanded the earlier version in 2023 so the applicant could reduce the number of homes and improve the transition to neighboring subdivisions.

Council authorization for Mayor to execute the development agreement associated with the Reining Horse Subdivision. The 7.68- acre site is located on the north side of West Floating Feather Road approximately 380-feet east of the intersection of West Floating Feather Road and North Meridian Road at 3050 West Floating Feather Road.
