Skies Development, LLC proposes Ridgeside Subdivision, a 20-home residential development (14 detached houses and 6 attached homes) on 3.82 acres at the northwest corner of Hill Road and North Edgewood Lane in Eagle. The site is currently zoned agricultural-residential and would be rezoned for a planned unit development with a private internal street, open space, and a public pathway easement along the New Dry Creek Ditch.
