Clyde Capital Group is asking the City of Eagle to approve a preliminary plat for Valnova Estates Subdivision No. 2, which would divide a large lot in the Spring Valley foothills into 139 single-family home lots and 15 common open space lots. The roughly 121-acre site sits on the north side of Aerie Way, about a quarter mile west of Big Gulch Parkway and the future Linder Road extension. About 47% of the site would be kept as open space, and the plan includes two private streets and trails.
