Yesco seeks approval for two billboards on Elmore County farmland

The county approved with conditions a permit for two static, double-faced billboards, each 10 by 30 feet, on a 20.5-acre agricultural parcel near Mountain Home. The signs must be installed within one year and need Idaho Transportation Department approval before a building permit.

YESCO Outdoor Media, through applicant Seth Saunders, is requesting a conditional use permit to install two off-site double-faced billboards on a 20.514-acre agricultural parcel along the south side of I-84 westbound, east of Canyon Creek Road in Elmore County. Each billboard would be 10 by 30 feet and mounted on 30-foot poles, and would be lit by lights at the base pointed upward.
