This is an appeal of a county Notice of Violation issued December 31, 2025 over unpermitted business activity at 6034 ½ Hillview Road. The county classified the activity as an industrial business including a salvage yard, and the property owners, Alex and Signe Kelly, argue that classification is wrong and the remedy too broad.
