This project consists of designing and constructing a new water treatment facility to improve the quality and reliability of an existing municipal groundwater well (Well 24). The improvements focus on removing naturally occurring minerals that cause aesthetic issues, allowing the well to serve as a primary water source. Key components include installation of a filtration system, upgrades to pumping capacity, construction of a new treatment building, and integration of chemical, electrical, and control systems. Additional site improvements such as piping, drainage, access, and security enhancements are included to support efficient long-term operation. Upon completion, the project will provide consistent delivery of higher-quality water to the distribution system and enhance overall system performance.
