The owner plans to repaint the front and rear of an existing downtown building at 115 and 117 13th Ave S in Nampa, home to Cafe de Coco and a neighboring shop. The main building will be Sherwin-Williams "Dapper Tan" with matte black metal trim. Storefront repairs using like-for-like materials were also reviewed and treated as routine maintenance.
Patch and repaint front and rear building elevations. Repair and repaint front canopy fascia. Replace front parapet wall metal cap, replace front glazing with new storefront system on #115, Replace roof flashing & membrane on front canopy, repair water damaged trim at underide of canopy & repaint. Replace broken and missing tiles at front columns. Replace storefront door entry at Cafe de Coco. Install new gutter for canopy.
