90-foot freeway-facing sign for 10 tenants approved with conditions

A 90-foot-tall, multi-tenant freestanding sign facing the freeway is approved at 2228 E Chisholm Drive in Nampa. The sign would have about 1,149 square feet of sign area, well above the standard limits of 80 feet in height and 200 square feet of area for this industrial zone. The site is a 2.17-acre parcel.
Due to the difference in grade from I-84 and the project site, a 40' monument sign would have very little visibility.
