Rezone for 33-home Cayuse Ridge subdivision approved with conditions

The city describes a single-family subdivision of 33 homes on 10.37 acres, approved Oct. 8, 2024, with conditions. An ordinance on file instead describes a 0.66-acre rezone to light industrial, so the project details should be confirmed with the city.
