A new one-story commercial building for Intermountain Eye Center is proposed at 16165 N High Desert St in Nampa on 0.90 acres. The building is about 21 feet tall and would have one access point from N High Desert St, with stucco, EIFS and wood exterior finishes. The staff report covers the architectural design only.

New 7,600 sqft single story commercial building for Intermountain Eye Center. Type IIB Non-sprinkled construction with a B occupancy. The building will house the optometry center, Intermountain Eye Center, which will include a handful of exam rooms, offices, lobby, waiting areas, optical work / displays, as well as some storage space and a break room. The maximum building height is 23’-0”. This project will include the new building, landscaping, parking lot, as well as relocated the current ditch on the south end of the site to accommodate for the required parking.
