The owners of a 0.89-acre property at 97 N Kings Rd want to be annexed into Nampa and zoned Light Industrial. They plan to use the existing buildings as an office, inventory storage and parking for delivery trucks for a restaurant supply sales and delivery business. The former house would become the office, and the applicants say few customers will visit the site.
