This project is an attached addition that includes shop space, storage, mechanical, living space, and bonus room. The Septic for this subvision has been rerouted and now is a part of Eagle Sewer District. This addition does have a small kitchenette in the Rec Rm, but it will not have cooking appliances and contains a small fridge, dishwasher, and sink.
