The owner of Starlight Estates, a 7-lot residential subdivision on Sunset Drive in Gem County, is asking to change a condition of its approved plat. The condition requires moving Emmett Irrigation District pipe out of the 30-foot strip of land to be given to the county for road right-of-way. The owner wants the pipe to stay where it is, or the dedicated strip to be made narrower so the pipe is outside it.

An amendment request to approved preliminary plat #PP 24-006 by Kyle Stratton for reconsideration of the required condition to remove the Emmett irrigation facilites out of the new right-of-way dedication to Gem County or for a reduced right-of-way dedication width. Located at 1713 Sunset Drive. T 06N, R 02W, section 1. RP06N02W015400.
