I plan to use 10% of the house space to operate and run a gunsmithing business. I will not be doing any retail sales. Only firearm maintenance, repairs, and upgrades/modifications that follow the laws and rules set forth by the city, state, and ATF. Customers will arrive for drop-off or pickup of firearms by appointment only. All firearms must be unloaded and inside of a case while being transferred between parties. I currently have full-time employment so this will very much be part-time unless business picks up enough to justify doing it full-time, mainly on the weekends.
