Council approves removing utility easements on four Star lots
On Aug. 19, the Star City Council approved on its consent agenda a request by Toll Brothers to vacate five-foot utility, pressure irrigation and lot drainage easements on four lots' side lines. The change lets a later lot line adjustment correct property pins that were set in the wrong places.

The applicant wants these easements removed so a later lot line adjustment can correct property pins that were installed in locations that do not match the recorded plat. Staff recommends approval as part of the Council's consent agenda.
