City proposes rezoning of properties to match Garden City's comprehensive plan

The city is proposing the rezone of certain properties West of Glenwood to better align with the Garden City Comprehensive Plan. This is a result of discussions with the community during the code amendment process associated with the file CPAFY2024-0004 which resulted in the R-M zoning district creation.
