Sean Sundwall is asking the City of Star to annex a roughly 0.15-acre bare parcel north of W. Joplin Road near W. Happy Day Drive, currently in unincorporated Ada County, and zone it R-3 for single-family residential use. The parcel would then be combined with adjacent existing lots in the Starpointe Subdivision through a lot line adjustment. Staff describes the parcel as non-buildable because of its size, dimensions, and location.

The applicant is seeking approval of an Annexation and Zoning (R-3) for property located in unincorporated Ada County. The property, once annexed, will be merged into existing properties. The property is located near W. Happy Day Drive in Star, Idaho, and consists of .15 acres.
