The developer of Starpointe 2 asked the City of Star to change its approved plan on 3.08 acres on the west side of N. Star Road, between Chinden Blvd and W. Joplin Road. The plan drops from 12 attached single-family lots with zero-lot-lines to 6 detached single-family lots with larger setbacks. The homes would be on a 28-foot private street with a sidewalk on one side, and about 58% of the site would be open space.
The Applicant is requesting approval of a Development Agreement Modification to revise the previously approved Preliminary Plat for the approved residential subdivision consisting of 12 residential lots and 2 common lots, a private street. The revised preliminary plat decreases the subdivision to 6 residential lost and 2 common lots, with a private street. The property is located at 6777 and 6825 N. Star Road in Star, Idaho, and consists of 3.08 acres with a newly proposed density of 1.95 dwelling units per acre (originally approved for 3.9 du/acre). The subject property is generally located on the west side of N. Star Road between Hwy 20/26 (Chinden Blvd) and W. Joplin Road. Ada County Parcel No's. S0419449020 & S0419417750.
