Justin Schwartz proposes a contractor's yard and shop for a craning and rigging business, plus a vehicle impound yard, on about 3.43 acres of vacant industrial land in Boise's area of city impact in Ada County. The plan includes a 5,550-square-foot shop, garage and office building, gravel yard surfaces, and road and sidewalk improvements, and needs a variance to waive the setback from residential districts that the impound yard would otherwise require. The Board of County Commissioners approved the project at its February 11, 2026 hearing, subject to conditions.

Master Site Plan for a contractor’s yard/shop and vehicle impound yard, with a Variance to grant relief for the setback from residential districts. The site is located at the northwest corner of W Cameo St and W Gowen Rd and contain 3.43 acres in the Airport Industrial (M3) District; Section: 30, T.3N, R.2E.
