Robert Loiselle is asking Ada County for a variance to build a detached shop about 10 feet from the rear property line on a 1.18-acre lot at 7637 S. McLintock Place in Meridian, instead of the required 25 feet. The applicant says the space is needed to turn vehicles, trailers, and RVs around in front of the shop. County staff recommends denial, and the Board of County Commissioners has not yet decided.

Application for a variance for forgiveness of the rear setback from 25' to be reduced to 10' to allow for a turnaround area in front of the shop.
