Backyard pool on foothills lot approved by Boise planning staff

City staff approved a swimming pool on a 0.32-acre residential lot in the Hillside Overlay. The project was reviewed as a more detailed hillside case because of surrounding slopes, so geotechnical and engineering documents may be required.
