Property owners Jerron and Margie Porchia are asking the City of Eagle for a one-year extension of their approved design review for a one-story, 5,032-square-foot office and retail building at 10201 North Horseshoe Bend Road. The building is part of the Stadium View Center on a 2.56-acre site on the west side of the road, north of East Hill Road. This is the fifth extension request; staff recommends approval through August 11, 2027.
