The Eagle City Council approved a request to give the Stadium View Center mixed-use project on North Horseshoe Bend Road five more years to be built, with a new deadline of November 21, 2029. The council also changed a landscaping rule so the 35-foot landscape buffer along the road must be built before building permits are issued for the homes. The 2.53-acre site would hold shops, offices, and about nine homes, including three townhomes, two single-family houses, and four condominiums.
Margie and Jerron Porchia are requesting a development agreement modification to renegotiate the time frame for the completion of Stadium View Center to establish a new termination date of November 21, 2029. The 2.53-acre site is located on the west side of North Horseshoe Bend Road approximately 130-feet south of West Bonita Hills Boulevard at 10201 North Horseshoe Bend Road.
