Council approves change to Heritage Square land-donation condition for Idaho Street
The Pacific Companies asked the Eagle City Council to let it donate a narrower strip of land, as little as 24 feet where needed to save trees, and to extend the transfer deadline to May 1, 2026. The change modifies a condition attached to the Sept. 9 approval of a 950-square-foot breezeway enclosure.

The Pacific Companies asks the Eagle City Council to change a condition on its approved building addition at 410 East State Street, which enclosed a breezeway. The change would shrink the strip of land donated for a future Idaho Street extension from 42 feet wide to a minimum of 32 feet (possibly 24 feet) to save mature trees, and would extend the land transfer deadline to May 1, 2026.
The Pacific Companies, represented by Caleb Roope, is requesting a change to site specific condition of approval #12 regarding the donation of land for the future extension of Idaho Street. The site is located on the north side of East State Street approximately 230-feet west of North Stierman Way at 410 and 420 East State Street.
