Church's 10,740-square-foot building denied by Eagle City Council
The council rejected the single-story church plan because it did not extend East Idaho Street through the site and provided too few parking spaces. The site already has two church buildings, and the new one was planned for the undeveloped back half.

Creekside Bible Church wants to build a new single-story, roughly 40-foot-tall church building of about 10,740 square feet at 350 East State Street in downtown Eagle. It would sit on the undeveloped back portion of a 3.26-acre site that already has two church buildings. The plan includes a small onsite parking lot, with shared parking on the neighboring property to the east.
Creekside Bible Church, represented by Walter Lindgren with Lindgren Labrie Architecture, is requesting design review approval for a 10,740-square foot church building. The 3.26-acre site is located on the north side of East State Street approximately 386-feet east of North 2nd Street at 350 East State Street.
