Teal Point Custom Homes proposes common area landscaping and amenities for the Wildernest River Subdivision, an 88-acre, 108-home neighborhood at 850 and 856 East Williamson Lane in Eagle. Plans include a 2,355-square-foot clubhouse and pool, four ponds, walking paths, and a preserved historic silo with a seating area. About 110 existing trees would be removed and replaced with 110 new shade trees and 59 evergreens.
