Terra View South is a proposed mixed-use subdivision on about 170 acres at the northeast corner of West Floating Feather Road and State Highway 16 in Eagle. It would have 301 homes (230 single-family houses and 71 attached homes) plus 25 commercial lots intended mainly for an employment-focused business park. The request includes annexing about 80.87 acres into the city and amending an existing development agreement.

Council authorization for Mayor to execute the development agreement associated with Wildernest River Subdivision. The approximately 88.0-acre site is located at the terminus of South Isla Del Rio Way, South Lago Way, and South Riparian Way at 850 and 856 East Williamson Lane.
