Eagle approves landscaping plan for 11.81-acre common areas

Core Building Company asked the City of Eagle to approve landscaping for the common areas of Amberly Ranch, a three-home subdivision on an 11.81-acre site at the southwest corner of West Beacon Light Road and North Ballantyne Lane. The landscaping includes a buffer along both roads and street trees along the private drive. Six poor-condition trees will be removed and 30 kept.

Core Building Company, represented by Fred Alexander, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within Amberly Ranch Subdivision. The 11.81-acre site is located on the southwest corner of West Beacon Light Road and North Ballantyne Lane at 2141 West Beacon Light Road and 2793 North Ballantyne Lane.
