Developer Don Newell is asking the Eagle City Council for a one-year extension of the final plat for Kingfisher Cove Townhomes, a 63-townhome subdivision on 7.38 acres at the northeast corner of West State Street and State Highway 44. The extension would give the project until June 15, 2025 to record the plat, after construction was slowed by the contractor's limited workforce.

Don Newell, represented by Macy Lui with The Land Group, Inc., is requesting a one (1) year extension of time for the final plat for Kingfisher Cove Townhomes Subdivision, a 71-lot (63- buildable and 8-common) residential subdivision.
