P1FCU, a credit union, wants to install one illuminated wall sign on its building at the northeast corner of State Highway 44 and South Rosebud Lane in Eagle. The sign is about 2 feet high and 11 feet wide (22 square feet) with blue and yellow aluminum letters lit from behind by white LEDs.
