Clyde Capital Group, LLC is asking to split a 41.18-acre site in the Eagle foothills, part of the Spring Valley/Valnova development, into 128 lots. The plan has 117 single-family home lots and 11 open-space lots, located about a quarter-mile west of Big Gulch Parkway and the future Linder Road extension.
