Approved change turns one subdivision lot into drainage lot
The city approved a revised final plat that reduces the lot count by one and moves a pathway outside an irrigation easement. A related development agreement change would allow four building permits before the final plat is recorded.

An application for a Final Plat Modification to reduce the number of lots by one (1). Lot 4, Block 1 will now be a common lot/drainage lot for he subdivision. The applicant is also requesting to move the proposed pathway outside of the Nampa-Meridian Irrigation easement. The applicant has also submitted an application to modify the recorded development agreement for the purpose of obtaining four (4) building permits prior to recording of the final plat.
