This letter from a landscape architect confirms that the common-area landscaping for the Gander Creek South No. 4 subdivision in Meridian has been installed according to the approved plans. A few tree and shrub varieties were swapped for similar plants because of availability, with the plant count unchanged. Seeding in the drainage area has not yet sprouted.
