A new one-story, 4,673-square-foot office building with lease space is proposed at 1149 12th Ave Rd in Nampa, on an existing pad site that already has parking and landscaping. The building is meant to be marketed to professional office or medical tenants and to match the size and look of neighboring buildings to the south. The city approved its exterior design administratively, re-approving a design first approved in 2021 but never built.
New 4,673 sq. ft. office spaced constructed to lease to future tenants. Building is proposed to be similar size and scale to the existing (6) neighboring buildings in the rest of the subdivision. This is a resubmittal of an expired approval (DR-00163-2021)
