This is a letter from Idaho Power, the electric utility, responding to a request to give up part of a public utility easement on Block 2, Lot 2 of the Dove Meadows Subdivision, in the area of 6 N Borah Way in Nampa. Idaho Power says it would support releasing the western strip along Lot 2 because it has no facilities there. For the southern strip, where it does have facilities, the utility says it could accept a new easement at the new lot line or a smaller existing easement.
