Two new commercial and industrial buildings approved for Nampa site

A new two-story industrial warehouse of about 6,500 square feet is proposed on the south side of an existing site at 4825 E Victory Rd in Nampa, along with a 4,000 square foot addition to an existing industrial warehouse on the same property. The project is in the city's Light Industrial zone and was approved through the city's design review process for its building design, materials, and colors.

Construction of two new structures on a 0.83 acre parcel with an existing residential shop structure. The first structure (Building A) to be a 2-story, 6,500 SF flex building with three tenant spaces and the second structure (Building B) to be a 4,000 SF industrial warehouse building. The existing shop structure will have a garage door added and be reskinned to match the new buildings. Site development includes ingress/egress, parking, trash enclosure, and pedestrian access.
