The City of Nampa and property owners are asking to change the long-range land use map for eight parcels on E Florida Ave and E Iowa Ave from medium density residential to industrial. The parcels already hold a seed company and a landscaping business, so the change would match the map to existing uses. No new building is proposed.

Amend existing Comprehensive Plan designation from Medium Density Residential to Industrial for 7.77 acres north of E Iowa Ave.
