Eagle Christian Church–West Valley plans a two-story building expansion at 10595 Cherry Ln in Nampa, with about 4,800 square feet on each floor. The city approved the exterior design, which matches the materials and colors of the existing church and adds more glass and a new secondary entrance on the front.

The Project includes the expansion of an existing church facility, located in Nampa, ID off of I-84. The expansion will include approximately 4,800sf per floor, and will be two stories. Each story will have additional restrooms and classroom spaces to serve the existing church facility. Drawings were provided to EVstudio by the client and will serve as the Basis of Design for the project. The drawings are attached to this agreement as Exhibit A. The construction of the existing building is V-B, wood framed construction with slab on grade foundation, and pre-engineered roof trusses. The exterior materials are a mix of stucco, siding, and thin brick, with a TPO roof. The addition will match the construction and aesthetic of the existing building.
