The owner of a small 0.26-acre lot at 3424 E Greenhurst Road received variances to run a home-based daycare. The variances allow a reduced front setback, vehicle maneuvering in the front setback, and a reduced landscape buffer so parking can be placed between the property and the edge of pavement.
