The City of Nampa, on behalf of its municipal airport, asks to annex a 7.06-acre parcel at 73 N Happy Valley Rd and rezone a 20.02-acre parcel at 91 N Happy Valley Rd to light industrial zoning. The land is east of the airport and is intended for future airport expansion such as hangars over about 10 years. The 20-acre parcel already has a fire station that would continue operating.
Rezone of the RA portion of the parcel to IL to remove the split zoning and align the zoning with the comprehensive plan.
