The Nampa School District plans an exterior remodel of an existing industrial building at 3410 E Railroad St to serve as a bus maintenance building. New materials will be installed over the existing structure. The city's design review approved the exterior look only, not the site layout or landscaping.
The existing building has a foundation, roof, and framing. Our remodel will consist of adding steel exterior walls and a stucco storefront. Overhead doors will also be added to the exterior for buses to enter for repairs and maintenance. Interior walls will be added to create office space, which will include a reception desk, offices, a conference room, a breakroom, and bathrooms.
