Tractor Supply Co asked for permission to use parts of its parking lot to display products at 216 Caldwell Boulevard in Nampa. The site is in a commercial business zoning district. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the request.
Re-use of former Office Dept building which includes the following: • the addition of a 40’ x 42.4 (2,634 s.f.) live goods center on the west side of the building, inclusive of an 8’ high decorative picket fence • a 15,152 s.f. Remote Fenced Outdoor Display Area in the parking lot, south of the building, inclusive of an 8’ high decorative picket fence. Located within the outdoor display area will be a 1,000 gallon propane tank under a canopy and enclosed with protective bollards; • a 1350 s.f. for the sidewalk display located at the front building sidewalk; and • a 1,533 s.f. Permanent Trailer Equipment Display Area, located at the front of the property.
