Council approves annexing land for three homes on 1.44 acres

Steven and Jocee Vreeland want to bring a 0.70-acre parcel on S Grays Lane into the City of Nampa and zone it for single-family homes (RS6). They also want to rezone their adjoining 0.52-acre parcel at 507 S Grays Ln from RS18 to RS6 so both match. The longer-term plan is to split the land into three lots: one for the existing house and two for future homes.
Annex first parcel into City as RS6 zone; rezone second parcel to RS6 zone, lot line adjustment followed by lot split to create 3 parcels on 1.44 acres.
