A proposed nightclub for adults 21 and older, called Warehouse Nightclub, would operate in an existing commercial building at 1020 1st St S in downtown Nampa, on a 0.47-acre lot. The project needs a conditional use permit to sell alcohol in the Downtown Historic zone, and the building would need permits to change from storage to assembly use. The police department withdrew its earlier concerns about parking and emergency response after meeting with the applicant.
