- Who is Pro for?
- People who track filings as part of their job: developers, builders, contractors and suppliers, engineers, architects, land-use attorneys, brokers and lenders.
- What does it cover?
- Every planning filing we collect in the Treasure Valley, updated through the day from each city’s and county’s public records. Parcels, with their owners and zoning, cover all of Idaho: every county but Lemhi, which publishes none.
- Do the coming-soon features cost extra?
- No. They join Pro as they’re built, at the same price.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, from your account’s billing page. Stripe credits what’s left of your current period.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. Stripe emails a receipt each time, and every invoice is in your account.
