The Valnova Subdivision No. 1 is a 144-lot (136-buildable, 8-common [3 private alley]) residential subdivision. The proposed modification to the previously approved final plat consists of modifying the lot depths of twelve (12) residential lots. The 32.41-acre site is generally located approximately ¾-mile northeast of the intersection of State Highway 16 and Equest Lane (approximately 1 mile north of Beacon Light Road and Linder Road intersection).
