Tresidio Homes proposes one three-story townhome building with four units on the southwest corner of North Newbank Way and West Alderman Lane in the Valnova Subdivision No. 2. Each unit has a two-car garage, and the building is designed in Craftsman and Modern Farmhouse styles. The Design Review Board voted 4-0 to recommend approval with conditions.
