LZL Ventures, LLC/Chad Longson asks the City of Eagle to annex one parcel and rezone four parcels totaling 20.08 acres to Business Park with a development agreement. The site is at the southwest corner of North Horseshoe Bend Road and East Hill Road, and would hold Peak Condo Storage, a condominium storage facility made up of many small storage buildings. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval; the City Council hearing is set for May 13, 2025.
