Tresidio Homes proposes three 3-plex townhome buildings with nine units total on a 0.36-acre site on the southeast side of North Newbank Way in Valnova Subdivision No. 2 in Eagle. Each building is three stories, about 37 feet tall, and every unit has a two-car garage reached from a rear alley (West Ellesmere Lane).
Tresidio Homes, represented by Rich Brown, is requesting design review approval for three townhome building (9-units).
